Spring Runoff Conference
The 2010 Spring Runoff Conference is scheduled for April 20-21.
The Water Initiative holds an annual "Spring Runoff Conference" at the end of winter in anticipation of spring’s runoff season—a time of expectation and excitement in hydrology.
For the 2010 conference, we will be meeting together with the Western Snow Conference at the Eccles Conference Center on the USU Campus.
Conference Information

Registration is $50. Student registration is FREE, but required.

Consulting and governmental agency professionals, environmental and citizen organizations, faculty, and students are invited to participate.

Continuing Education credit will be offered for professional engineers. Download the registration form here, or pick one up at the registration desk.

We welcome suggestions for sessions and volunteers to organize/host a session at the conference.
Logistics

The purpose of this conference is to:
- Provide a forum for students, faculty and the regional water community to share current research in an on-campus venue.
- Invite stakeholders involved with the management and development of water resources in the region, to an open forum on the societal and technical needs.
- Stimulate the development of interdisciplinary research on water-related issues in Utah and the Intermountain Region.
